  • Frank Dangeard

    Chairman, Independent Director

    Frank Dangeard is a graduate from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and the Harvard Law School (Fulbright Scholar, HLS Fellow). Frank E. Dangeard was an associate with the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London from 1986 to 1989, and a member of the New York bar, then a Managing Director of the investment bank S.G. Warburg in London, Madrid and Paris, and Chairman of SBC Warburg from 1995. He joined Thomson multimedia in 1997 as Senior Executive Vice President, then Vice Chairman of the Board from 1999. From September 2002 to September 2004 he was Senior Executive Vice President of France Telecom. From September 2004 to March 2008, he was Chairman & CEO of Thomson. Frank E. Dangeard is Managing Director of Harcourt, and a director of Crédit Agricole CIB, Moser Baer (India), Sonaecom (Portugal) and Symantec (USA). He is also member or chairman of Advisory/Strategy Boards of a number of international companies and non-profit organizations.

    Independant Director

    Tom Virden is a seasoned executive in the online leisure, technology and travel businesses with strong knowledge of online business and e-commerce. Lately, M. Virden founded Boatbookings.com, the largest yachts charter-only website. M. Virden previously held a number of senior positions at technology companies, including International Director at lastminute.com, Head of European Websites at Netscape Communications and Vice President, Marketing at Digidesign. Tom Virden will also join the Audit Committee of Atari.

    Eugene I. Davis is the founder and chairman of the consulting group Pirinate Consulting Group, LLC focused on restructuring situations for middle market companies. Prior to this, Mr. Davis held positions of COO at Total-Tele USA and CFO at Emerson Radio. Mr. Davis is a qualified lawyer and previously a partner at Arter & Hadden. Over the last 10 years he has worked on several dozen restructuring situations, including high profile restructurings such as those of Delta Air Lines and Atlas Air Worldwide. He has served as independent chairman of the board or chairman of the audit committee for over fifteen companies.

  • Jim Wilson

    Director, Chief Executive Officer of Atari

    Jim Wilson joined Atari in 2007 as Chief Executive Officer of Atari Inc. After leading the turnaround of Atari's US business he focused on the rationalization of the activities in Europe and the re-launch of a worldwide publishing plan around Atari's proven franchises. In his new role, Jim Wilson continues to focus on the development and execution of the strategic objectives and profitability goals, including the launch of numerous branded entertainment properties across multiple distribution channels.

    Prior to Atari Mr. Wilson had gathered more than 15 years of executive management experience with video game and entertainment companies, including Vivendi Universal Games, Universal Interactive Studios, and Sony Wonder/Sony BMG.

  • Alexandra Fichelson

    Director, General Secretary

    Alexandra Fichelson is a graduate from the Magistère Banque Finance at Paris II Panthéon-Assas and has a DESS (major in Financial and Bank Techniques). In 1999, she joined the Vivendi Group where she occupied various financial functions, in Paris and in New York, at the headquarters and within subsidiaries. She joined Atari in 2008 as Investor Relations Director and then became the General Secretary of the Group.
