FREDERIC CHESNAISChairman of the Board and CEOFrédéric Chesnais is a graduate of the French institute of political sciences (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris) and holds degrees in Finance and in law. He started his career as a financial consultant and practised as a lawyer focused on merger and acquisitions. He then worked for Lazard from 1995 to 2000. From 2001 to 2007, he was part of the management team of the Atari Group, the videogame publisher, first as Deputy COO and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and then as Chief Executive Officer of Atari Interactive. In 2007, he left Atari to create his own videogame production company. In 2013, he became a significant shareholder of the Atari group through the purchase of Atari securities held by BlueBay.
Frank DangeardIndependent Director, Audit Committee ChairmanFrank Dangeard is a graduate from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and the Harvard Law School (Fulbright Scholar, HLS Fellow). Frank E. Dangeard was an associate with the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London from 1986 to 1989, and a member of the New York bar, then a Managing Director of the investment bank S.G. Warburg in London, Madrid and Paris, and Chairman of SBC Warburg from 1995. He joined Thomson multimedia in 1997 as Senior Executive Vice President, then Vice Chairman of the Board from 1999. From September 2002 to September 2004 he was Senior Executive Vice President of France Telecom. From September 2004 to February 2008, he was Chairman & CEO of Thomson. Frank E. Dangeard is Managing Director of Harcourt, and a director of Moser Baer (India), Sonaecom (Portugal), Telenor (Norway) and Symantec (USA). He is also a director or chairman of the boards of international unlisted companies or strategic committees.
ALEX ZYNGIERDirector, Nomination and Remuneration Committee ChairmanMr. Zyngier is a graduate of the University of Campinas, Brazil with a degree in Chemical Engineering and also a graduate of the University of Chicago with an MBA in Finance & Accounting. He started his career as a technical brand manager for Procter & Gamble in Venezuela and Brazil from 1991 to 1995. After his MBA, he worked as an consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Chicago and New York from 1997 to 2001. He joined CRT Capital Group LLC in 2002 as a sell side analyst publishing credit research. In 2003, he joined Goldman Sachs & Co. where he worked as a distressed portfolio manager until 2007 when he joined Deutsche Bank until 2008. From 2009 to 2013, he was a Portfolio Manager for Alden Global Capital, a $3.5 billion fund investing in distressed and deep value securities in the Americas and Europe. Mr. Zyngier is the founding partner of Batuta Capital Advisors LLC where he works actively with a select set of companies and credit/equity investors to execute special situation credit/equity financings. He is also on the board of DTV America, a private company in the broadcasting space. In 2013, he became a significant shareholder of the Atari group through the purchase of Atari securities held by BlueBay.
ERIK EUVRARDIndependent DirectorErik Euvrard, is a graduate from "Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales" (ESSEC - 86). He worked nine years for the Corporate Recovery Services division of Arthur Andersen in Paris. Then he headed the turnaround of a clothing industry group as a CEO, before performing a leveraged buyout of a retail company. Since then he manages Quadrature a consulting firm offering professional services for restructuring and turnaround situations or acquisitions.
ALyssa padia wallesIndependent Director
Alyssa Padia Walles, president of Amplitude Consulting, has joined the Board, effective April 4, 2013, replacing Alexandra Fichelson. Ms Walles has extensive experience in media start-ups to multinational companies. Alyssa Walles has a wide expertise, notably in the development and management of companies, sales, brand promotion as well as international marketing in the interactive business (video games, apps, on-line games, etc.). Alyssa Walles graduated from University of Southern California and is also a mentor at the USC Marshall School of Business, a founding member of the Long Beach TEC (a multimedia incubateur) and a consultative member of the [a]list games.
