Just ordered this hat a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! The camo appearance is more akin to the classic woodland camoflague worn by those of us who served back in the 90s, which looks great on a hat. The Atari logo is front and center, and while a bit small, I find the size to be perfect. The hat itself is quite comfortable while still feeling high quality, which is really all you can ask for from a hat. I highly recommend it!

1972 KATAKANA DAD HAT — Both black and while are now screen printed, while the site previews still show embroidery for black. Don't buy if you expect it to be embroidered as it used to be (I've had a previous black version but lost it in a taxi last week and was hoping to buy a replacement — but what arrived is very different from what it used to be)

The hat looks great, it is comfortable and of good quality.

Ok so don’t buy the new white one thinking you’ll get the same quality as the original black one. I bought the black 1972 hat January 2025 and it’s embroidered on the front and black but this new white one has nothing embroidered and the front is screen printed. I assumed same as black.

The 1972 Dad Hat is a very thin, low-quality cap that isn't worth the price.

It's a generic cap made in China and has a Chinese company's branding on the inside.

The embroidery is poor and started coming loose within a week of purchase, with visible remnants of the stitching process on the interior.

Probably my first and last purchase from Atari.

My favorite new dad hat. I like the lower profile of a dad hat as opposed to a trucker cap. I got the black and red, which is always a great combination.

Good looking hat! I like how it looks and the fact that people who know the logo appreciate it - and those who don’t, don’t.

Not as great of quality as I was expecting, but the price isn’t too bad so I guess it’s on par. It’s not very structured so the fabric is wavy on the top of my head. I love the design, I just wish the hat was a little bit better quality.

Item was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was absolutely unhelpful in correcting the address and correcting the mistake. Never received item.
