PAC-MAN: Double Feature 7800

Pacman, always fun. And the new version is really good.
The 2600 version brings back so many memories of frustration, and even worse now that my reaction times are not what they used to be. But I still love that game, such a treat to be able to play it.

I really enjoy these new carts. Make sure you find the secret menu to find the hidden game modes!

How can you say no to Pac-Man... One of the forefathers of what we know as video gaming. Classic!

Growing up in the 70's and 80's, Pac-Man was a sensation when it hit the arcades. When it hit the Atari 2600, it quickly became one of my goto games on the console. This Double Feature is a must have for any Pac-Fan! Not only do you get the classic Atari 2600 version, but an excellent arcade port with an amazing new option, random mazes! This adds a whole new level of fun to this classic game!

Both games are fun

This cartridge truly delivers the arcade experience. Not only does it include a new and improved home console version of the classic coin-op, but it also includes the original Atari 2600 version that we all grew up with.

The original 2600 pac-man brought the arcade hit (even if it was a difficult translation) to the homes of millions of Atari owners. Its inclusion on the double feature cartridge is a great illustration of how far Atari came between the 2600 and 7800 hardware. A simple DIP switch change on the back of the cartridge allows the player to switch between them.

This was the game that made me decide to purchase the 7800+. This is such a perfect port! My kids that grew up on modern games have still caught Pac-Man fever!

I think it's interesting cart to have, with the original 2600 version of Pac-Man but along with this new 7800 version is were it shines! I've been playing this version of Pac-Man for three days now and can not seem to put it down (not the best of Pac-Man players mind you) it's incredible fun to just pop into the console and just press the button, everything feels responsive in the controller and when I mess up, that's my own mistake. Last but not least the different varieties of game options make it even more fun to just play around with., with 3-5 lives or just amping up the speed of the game. To anyone who enjoys Pac-Man, this is a cartridge for you!

One of the games did not work, working with support is frustrating

I expected an 2 in 1 cartridge with the 2600 pac-man and a new 7800 port when i ordered it. it comes with more than that, it comes with a manual pac-ed with history, promotional archives, and new artwork. the 7800 port came with a sort-of-take on pac-man vs. (having the switches in the a position, allows one player to play as pac-man and other player to play as blinky in chase mode), an option to play on randomly-generated mazes, and a speed-up option that i don't think i've seen in any other official release other than the arcade version. if you own a 7800 or any of the atari + consoles, it's a nice version of pac-man.

A fantastic port for the 7800. Its become my favorite version to play lately. I seem to always want to play just one more game. Graphics and sound are leaps and bounds above the NES version.

Great port, near arcade quality. A few minor issue with control responsiveness, but otherwise fantastic.

Arcade perfect 7800 game included with the OG Atari Pac-Man, What a Deal! This port of Pac-Man is easily the best ever for any 8-Bit console. Stop reading this and Buy It Now. I'm putting together a collection of Post-Retail-Life games for the 7800, This one is a No-Brainer.

This is really awesome arcade perfect version of OG Pac-Man! I like that it's non-scrolling too, just like the arcade original! A++

I love this game. I would play this all the time when ever I walk in to an arcade. It's one of my favorite games for the Atari. I like how this cartridge has both versions as well, so now I can play the arcade version without ever leaving home.

Got Pac-Man double feature as a gift . And it does not disappoint. Playing a great version on Pac-Man on a Atari 7800 feels right. Also having the Atari 2600 version with it takes me back to the 80s. This is a must for your Atari collection.

Two games on one cart and both are Pac-Man! Not having Pac on the Atari is like not having Mario on the Nintendo. It's a essential.

Not nearly as good as the original. Pac man isn't very responsive to the joy stick.

Plays better than the Ms Pacman original cart for the 7800.

Early on in my childhood, i found my father's old atari 2600 collection at my grandparents' cabin. i had a fascination with reading the manuals, especially pac man. i once tried to play the game with my grandparents help, but it didnt work. Fast forward 25 years after finding the box and the pac man double feature was announced.
When i received this cart, the artwork in the manual was better than i could have imagined. the gameplay on the 2600 version was unique. the 7800 version was great too. the only problem is the manual's pages started trying to fall out the following day
