Asteroids Neon LED Sign (16" x 9")

I was excited to receive the Asteriods neon sign. Unfortunately, the sign was encased in a flimsy cardboard box and mailed in a plastic envelope. I was not surprised to find the sign damaged based how little protection the shipping materials provided. I contacted customer support and was informed a new signed would be shipped. However, I have not received any update or replacement shipment information in seven calendar days since their initial response.

UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my original one-star review, I received an email with shipping information for the replacement sign. I have increased my star rating and will provide a final review when the replacement has arrived.

FINAL UPDATE: I was surprised to receive the replacement just one day after I inquired about it. The item was still packaged in the same manner as the first one received. One big difference is that the FedEx driver actually pulled up when I was outside and HANDED me the package. Knowing this is not the norm, I would encourage the shipper to reconsider the packing materials used. I am satisfied with the purchase and would like to thank Khushboo for his outstanding level of customer service. Changing this review to reflect a 4-star level due to the lack of protective shipping packaging.

Vibrant color with dimming cability.

Overall I am pleased with the item and the purchase. I would have preferred actual Neon, but given the comparative cost - this is a great compromise.

I do like the energy efficiency of the LED design - I can power it off a battery-backed USB port / rescue battery.

The variable brightness is also a nice feature - so it is not overly bright in our dark arcade room.

This sign looks so good in my RecRoom!!! A must have for any gamer!

Phenomenal! He looks great in my garage with my other signs. Takes me back to childhood. I love the control button where you can turn it up to super bright or lower it to a softer light. Definitely worth the money.

Anyone can print up a bunch of T-shirts and hats, but this sign is truly next-level Atari product placement! Not too big, but bright and colorful enough to command attention in any room. Plus, leave it on during a rainy night, and you'll swear you've living inside the Blade Runner universe. The quality and overall presentation are a true bargain for the asking price. Well worth it!

the multi-colored Atari logo sign is great. would like to see it to remember being on if power goes out.

Hands down the coolest Atari neon sign available, the Japanese Katakana Atari red and white looks incredible and is fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Another cool design. This one came damaged but customer service helped me out right away. Second came with no issue at all.

A unique deign and illuminates well. Illuminates well in our retro room.

Almost perfect. The switch should have an option to power on and off with an external switch so it can be out on a schedule. Installing a timer won’t work with the inline switch because it doesn’t automatically power back on after loss of power.

Better quality than you might think! Lights up very brightly and has a long connection cable. I went with the white; simple and classic!

A little pricey, but shipping was FAST, and so far, it looks and works great! The first, and origional, the GOAT = PONG!!!!!!

I would give 5 stars except Atari did not allow this sign to stay on when energized. You have to tap button on the cord each and every time. I and a bunch of others are putting our arcades with signs on remote controlled power strips and this sign does not work by turning on when energized! I have with strong duck tape hold the on/off button on but they should have put a switch and not a button on all lit signs! Atari please read and modify your design, Please!

As a proud Gen X’er, I find that this Atari logo sign in LED evokes all the glory of the 1980s arcade scene. The price is fantastic and the quality is outstanding! It’s a perfect addition to my basement arcade!

The price was good for what you’re getting for sure at least when I got it on sale. However, the quality of the LED piping isn’t all that great. There’s a lot of unevenness also doesn’t come with mounting hardware although I think I would’ve bought my own because it probably would’ve been cheap still very cool but I can’t give it more than three stars due to quality issues. But for the price, it’s not bad

The photos honestly don't do it justice. it looks much cooler in person. Whether you're a fan of Atari or the general cyberpunk aesthetic (Blade Runner) you will like the vibe this adds to the area.

This sign is well made, easy to mount and looks great in the game room. Worth every penny!

Amazing design. Nice feature that you can control brightness. Solid addition.

Overall, pretty nice signs, but not piped nearly as clean as in the pictures and slightly misshapen, but overall decent. I had a little Atari store credit, so I didn't quite pay full price, but I would have been less happy if they came in the quality they did at full price. I have all the materials to make my own and will start making my own, but not anything that is licensed, intellectual property.
