Atari Gamestation Go

Although generally the play is very good and I appreciate the old school gaming, when I received my unit I could not use the volume button. It was stuck in one low volume. And without sound it makes the entire experience unpleasurable. It's been almost a week after sending my email to Atari and I still haven't heard anything back. So I'm probably left to return my unit. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

Everything was fine no problems. I have a question, I see a lot of people get sent packages from Atari to review products. How can I do that? I have bought several Atari items and will continue to do so. This is the one thing that always how to know......

Great system. Vwey well built and a lot of fun. Trackball is a little hard to use but overall worth the purchase.

I just recently purchased the Atari 7800+ and I'm enjoying it so much! I'm looking forward to adding the Atari Gamestation Go to my library of gaming consoles! Can't wait to purchase it!

Has a ton of my favorite childhood games. Having all three controllers built in is fantastic. Love being able to play both the 2600 and arcade versions of some of the games too.

Generally very happy with the device. It's great to have a portable system that can play classic Atari games with the d-pad, spinner, or trackball as needed.

Slightly disappointed with the Recharged-series games, as they are a bit low-res compared to the Steam, Xbox and Switch versions. Also, it would be nice to have an updated version of Tempest (either 2000 or 4000) on the device to play with the spinner -- the original arcade version is great, but it would be nice to have an updated version as well.

Idea is great and it’s a wealth of classic games but wish I had more control over what games used what controls. Track ball is super sensitive and not always available for all games that were clearly designed for a track ball. As well, wish you could adjust the trackball speed. Plus I would love more games from other studios

Truly a well thought out and well designed product. 200 good games is a great way to provide a product with enough play for everyone! Great Battery life and great controls.

To have most of the games that came from Atari into one handheld console is a great idea. The price was very good and it had most of the titles I remember and some that I decide to give a shot.

Love the gamestation go. The trackball and spinner really bring the arcade classic to life in the way they should be played.

This product is amazing! I’ve had many hours of enjoyment from it, I love the expand ability of the product, and the quality is great as well! Thank you Atari for keeping this era alive!

This is the ultimate retrogaming handheld! It has all the controls you need! The first party supported games are top notch…and the SD card slot (I highly recommend using the community firmware from AtariAge) give you the ability to play thousands more games!

Missile Command are awesome!

Love mine. But we need updates with more games. Like Donkey Kong, Galaga, Joust,Qbert,Galaxian, Frogger , Defender ,and others .!! Lets Go Atari

Has a lot of glitches in certain games.

It is a very nice unit and very fun. Only thing that did not like was I saw the units on Woot for clearance pricing already.

Very fun device that brings back a lot of memories. The biggest plus is the addition of how the controls work -- its unique for these sorts of handheld devices.

Everything went very smoothly,initial shipping was a bit slow but the console and its state of arrival were fantastic, I really enjoy the nostalgia

I’m really happy with this. I bought it for my 5 year old and it’s fun to see him learn the old school games and get to play and have fun with him! And for such a good price! I’m also happy we can play offline, excited to take it on road trips!

I couldn't ask for a more fun handheld with so many awesome retro titles!

Astoundingly slow boot up time for such a simple machine, game library is nowhere near complete. screen is soooo much smaller than the bezel.

The only thing it has going for it is it's track ball and twist. It's absolutely insane that it doesn't come with a full game library.

I really wanted to like it, I'll keep mine to play with the moding, but this is another absolute disappointment from my arcade. absolutely the last product I will buy.

Satisfied but I feel like too many of the games are not playable and provide more of a memory. I use it buy play only a handful of games.

Great retrogaming experience, with controls like they were supposed to be.
As an old-time Atari 2600 owner from the '80s, I couldn't be happier.

Excellent system and a lot of fun. ROMs are great but the inclusion of some of those Activision games on the local storage would have been nice.

Let’s get an update with save states for ROMs please.

Where's "Battlezone" ???

A love letter to Atari fans everywhere! A few flaws in the overall quality of the controls and construction but still the best effort yet at a modern age Atari console. Now...where are the peripherals and firmware updates? Still hopeful for improvements but satisfied with my original purchase. Super fun and a blast from the past in the best possible way!
